There are times in our lives that we need to plan that
perfect wedding, anniversary or retirement party or
maybe a family reunion and we ponder on where to hold such an
important event. The pondering is over, Delta Diamond Farm located
in Isleton is the perfect place to have any kind of festivity
Bob and Tracey Dron are the proprietors of this 25 acre estate located
off highway 160.Bob was born and raised in Isleton, his father
Jack Dron was Mayor of Isleton back in the mid
50’s. Bob went on to own a few Harley Davidson stores throughout the Bay Area. Over 33 years ago at one of his locations in Concord called American Choppers is where he met his wife Tracey. She was a customer that came into the store wanting to buy something for her boyfriend and she met Bob
and the rest is history.They had made there home in Alamo and still take time on the weekends to enjoy the Delta.
It was one of those day trips back in February 2001 when they drove past the Delta Diamond
Farm they noticed that it was for sale. They had to have it. As a child Bob drove past this beautiful piece of property and many times, wishing one day that he could own it. They purchased the estate and little did they realize that it would turn out to be the “money pit.” In the last three years they have totally restored it.
Now this estate is ready not only for the Dron’s to enjoy, but for everyone else enjoy also.This 25 acre estate has a 4,000 square foot Victorian style home with
four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. A grass area where you can park 200
cars, five RV hookups and a few RV sanitation disposals.There is a building that looks like a replica of an old Richfield Gas Station that is actually
a men and women’s restroom. If your you are looking to BBQ there is a custom made one
that looks like a tractor.There are two barns and right across the road is a 60 foot private dock.
